There is a 20-minute grace period on every appointment. If you arrive after that, either a $10 late fee applies or your appointment is rescheduled, depending on what the day's schedule allows.

Collections run in sequence, so please call ahead if you are running behind and we will tell you what is possible that day.

Please give as much notice as possible so the slot can be reassigned. Mobile appointments involve scheduled travel and require more notice than office appointments.

A mobile fee covers the time, travel and setup involved in coming to your location instead of you coming to us.

$0.75 per mile within 30 miles of our Greenville office; $100 for locations 30 miles or more away. The fee is added to the service price and quoted before the appointment is confirmed.

Our rates are published — see the price list. Laboratory and diagnostic services, health-monitoring concierge and non-DOT panels are quoted per arrangement. We confirm your exact price before booking and nothing is run without your go-ahead.

Individual services are generally paid at the time of service; employer and clinic accounts can be invoiced under an agreed arrangement.

Available testing options, laboratory capabilities, insurance eligibility and turnaround times vary by partner laboratory, by test and by current volume. Timeframes given at booking are estimates, not guarantees.

Elite1 performs collection, screening and coordination services. Laboratory analysis, live-scan fingerprinting, background-check data, DOT physicals and certain diagnostic services are performed by qualified partners.
