Testing often involves more than collecting a specimen. There may be employer requirements, laboratory paperwork, scheduling, documentation, reporting systems and multiple organizations involved in completing a single request.
Elite1 brings those pieces together. We help clients determine what they need, arrange the appropriate service, coordinate the collection or testing process and follow through on the documentation required afterward.

Anthony and Briante Hall oversee the day-to-day operations of Elite1 and work directly with many of the employers, healthcare organizations and individuals the company serves.
Their hands-on approach means clients are able to speak with people who understand both the service being requested and the steps required to complete it.

How our service model works
One point of contact, even when several services are involved
Some services are performed directly by Elite1, while others require specialized laboratories, healthcare providers, screening platforms or collection-site partners. Our role is to keep those pieces connected so clients are not left coordinating multiple vendors on their own.
- Services we perform directly. Specimen collection, mobile collections, ink fingerprinting, program administration and documentation.
- Services we coordinate. Laboratory analysis, advanced diagnostics, live-scan fingerprinting, background screening, DOT physicals and out-of-area collections.
- Programs we manage. Random testing pools, consortium enrollment, Clearinghouse assistance, clinic testing programs and related follow-up.
Elite1 does not own or operate a laboratory. Where this site describes laboratory or diagnostic services, those services are performed by qualified partner laboratories.
